BSNL CHANGE MY PLAN WITHOUT PERIOR INTIMATION

Sir, I using BSNL prepaid all 49 plan Subsequntly they changed my all 49 plan to per minute plan without any perior intimation. my all 49 plan expiry date is 13/06/2013. It they intimate me about change of plan I will chan my favourite plan anything. The above action of BSNl is violate my right and liberty and also against the natural law theory.
