My Airtel fixed line service got disrupted few days after cyclone Amphan hit Kolkata. I raised a service request on 27th May 2020. The request number is 117888712. Since then I have followed up on customer care, app and Twitter channels but the standard response is that we are working on it. As you know right now we are working from home and also school classes are online, hence broadband service becomes essential. I have paid 6 months advance and hence unable to switch. Please help.
