Broadband connections not made till now

Location/place: Karthik nagar, Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

Hi ,

I have taken a 4MBPS plan in the name of my sister Ritu from reliance on 16th June 2013. I made the payment of 2250 to the reliance executive named Ramesh. I am following up with him and the customer care from past 2 weeks for the connection.However no result. Pls help me in this regard.
