I have Boradband Unlimited plan. Internet is not working since last 4 days. Inspite my daily 4 to 5 calls, Spidigo is not sending an engineer to solve the problem.
Even they do not have any method to escalate to problem.
If I like to escalate the complaint to whom I should contact ? I want to close the account and want to get back the money I paid, how to do it ?
