I Purchased my Karbonn mobile on 15/3/2013, and it went faulty on 9/04/2013, and as it is under warranty i have submitted to the authorize service center RELIABLE ENTERPRISES SHOP NO.27, A WING JAI GANESH VISION, AKURDI, PUNE-411035 PH. NO- 02027485613, IT HAS BEEN about 1 month the problem is not rectified yet, every time they delay stating that it will be fixed soon they are not even responding well. Trigger a case against the co.
