Brand New LG Refrigerator not working

Location/place: Indore (M.P.)

Name of company/service: LG

I bought new LG refrigerator(Model Num GL-254AT3/2012) on April 18 2013 however I switched is on on 25 th May . The day I switched it on , it is not working .

I made several calls to LG customer care , registered complaint(Complaint no. 130527076990) also but no proper action is taken yet.

Once LG executive visited home but after that no response from there side .

They are neither responding properly nor replacing the product .

Kindly do the needful asap.
