i have ordered IIT JEE package of distant learning from KAYSONS EDUCATION on 9th june for my sister but they send only few books of the package out of which many of them were in xeroxed form with a very bad printing quality , when i get in touched with them relating the matter of not having the full package they asked me mail them the complete details and according i mailed them twice . first mail that was sent by me contains the list of undelivered books then i realised that the 1st mail may not contain the full details of all missed out books and then within few minutes i send the 2nd mail stating that ‘ to ignore the 1st mail and here is the books that i recieved ‘ so that send all the missed out books along with a free BAG as advertised by them in their website. on 15th of june i got a parcel sent by them containing only few items out of total undelived items of the package of which 1 book was already sent by them in the 1st parcel ( one book was sent twice in xeroxed form). yesterday when i called them ,atfirst they were not recieving my call then they picked up and said that they will call me after 10 min, but didnt. when i called them again they said that they are not going to send my items until i sand them the duplicate copy of a book sent twice by them at my additional expense. ” my question is that – Is this my fault that you have
sent a copy twice ?”
PLEASE HEPL ME OUT IN THIS MATTER
