AFTER GETTING MY BLACKBERRY 9800 TORCH REPAIRED FROM THE SERVICE CENTER IT GETS WORSE AFTER GIVING THEM SEVERAL MAILS NO REPLY FROM THEM

I PRATIK KANAL IAM BASED IN MUMBAI INDIA. I HAD BOUGHT MY BLACKBERRY TORCH 9800 ON THE 25TH
MAY 2011.FROM VIJAY SALES PRABHADEVI BRANCH.MUMBAI (INDIA).SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT THE
VIRTUAL KEYPAD WAS NOT WORKING AND THE SCREEN USED TO NOT RATATE ON THE ROTATION OF THE
HANDSET.I BEING DIRECTOR OF A COMPANY I COULD NT FIND TIME FOR GOING AND GIVING THE HANDSET
FOR REPAIR. SO I HAD SENT MY OFFICE STAFF ON 15TH MARCH 2012 TO REPAIR THE HANDSET TO
NUTRON TECHNOLOGY IN DADAR EAST MUMBAI THEY KEPT IT FOR THREE LONG HOURS AND GAVE IT TO MY
OFFICE GUY WITH THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTING AND ALL MY CONTACTS WIPED OUT. THEN AFTER TWO DAYS
ON THE 17TH MARCH 2012 I PERSONA LY HAD BEEN TO NUTRON TECHNOLOGY THE SAME PLACE MY STAFF HAD
BEEN TO. AFTER I REACHED THERE I WAS BEEN TOLD THAT NUTRON TECHNOLOGY HAD BEEN SHUTDOWN AND
THEY R NOT GONNA TAKE ANY COMPLAINTS OUT IN THERE. SO I WAS BEEN SENT ALL THE WAY TO SAP
MOBILE SERVICES IN DADAR WEST MUMBAI INDIA. THAT PLACE WAS SO OVER CROWDED THAT JUST TO LOG MY
COMPLAIN THEY TOOK APPROX. A HOUR.WHILE LOGGING WITH MY COMPLAIN THE PERSON CALLED MAHESH
SITTING OUT IN THERE WAS BEEN TOLD BY ME TO WRITE THAT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS SINCE THE DAY I
BOUGHT MY HANDSET. I INSISTED HIM TWICE BUT HE DID NT DO SO AND TOLD ME THAT WEATHER YOU WRITE
IT OR KNOW THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED. I ALMOST WASTED MY 3 HOURS IN THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE.IT
WAS A MAJOUR WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FOR ME. AFTER THIRTEEN DAYS ON THE 30TH MARCH 2012 I GOT
CALL FROM SAP MOBILE THAT MY HANDSET WAS READY.SO I REACHED THE PLACE THE SAME DAY AS IT WAS
VERY DIFFCULT FOR ME TO MANAGE WITHOUT MY HANDSET. ONCE I GOT MY HANDSET THE IMMEDIATE SAME
DAY I NOTICED THAT THE LIGHT OF THE MENU KEY AND ESCAPE KEY IS NOT GOING OFF AND IT IS
CONSUMING TOO MUCH BATTERY.I TRIED TO MANY THINGS LIKE RESETTING THE DEVICE. BUT NOTHING
WORKEDTHEN AFTER 7-8 DAYS I HAD BEEN TO SAP MOBILE I HAD WASTE LOTS OF TIME AGAIN (AS USUAL IT
WAS OVERCROWDED). AFTER THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT “YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR A DAY THEY WILL TRY
AND UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE BUT THEY WEREN’T SURE WEATHER THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED OR NO.”
THEN I TOLD THE GUY OUT IN THERE THAT ILL MAKE A COMPLAIN SO HE SCARCAST LY GAVE ME THE
NUMBER(18004253720) AND TOLD ME“DO WHAT EVER U WANT TO” AND I EVEN TRIED CALLING MULTIPLE
TIMES ON THE HELP LINE NUMBER BUT IT USED TO NEVER GET CONNECTEDTHE MASSAGE I GOT WAS SORRY
PLEASE TRY CALLING AFTER SOME TIME. SO EVENTUALLY I DIDN’T’T GIVE THEM WITH MY HANDSET.AND IAM
STILL USING IN AS IT IS CONDITION. I HAVE FACED LOTS OF PROBLEM AND WASTED LOTS OF TIME AND
MONEY FOR THIS HANDSET ISSUE.
SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU LL TO GIVE ME THE D.O.A CERTIFICATE AND REPLACE THE HANDSET AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE CAUSE I CANT AFFORD TO LOOSE TIME AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR THE SAME ISSUE. AS I HAVE TRIED
GIVING MY BEST.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .AND REVERT BACK TO ME AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE..”
