Yesterday I booked 2 movie tickets on www.bookmyshow.com with an offer named “icici debit card offer” which was a buy 1 get 1 free ticket offer. So, as I booked 2 tickets, payment deduct from my bank A/c but ticket not received . Then i called to the bookmyshow helpline number with a bookmyshow agent he told me offer not working now and amount refund in 7 working day.I am greatly disappointed by the service of bookmyshow.com totally my time waste and money waste and request to take some strict actions against their fraudulent offers.
