Sub: Blackmailing attitude of P.Suresh Reporter of Eenadu Telugu Daily Newspaper.
I Buddolu kishore Kumar S/o Buddolu Dasarath, Address: H.No:3-139, Lalamma Gardens, Puppala guda village, Rajender nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and Hyderabad – 500089.
I submit that the property is agriculture land in survey No: 90 to 94 admeasuring 3.16 guntas at puppalguda village vide patta pass doc no.187701, patta no: 81. My fathers Buddolu Dasarath have converted the agriculture land into non-agriculture land Gram panchayati has sanctioned layout for survey no: 90 to 94, presently the said area is called Lalamma Garden and Plots were sold out.
My father gifted under document no: 2284/2006 dated 16/02/2006, plot no: 53, 54, 55 and 56 with total admeasuring 1773 square yards. Since then we are in possession, immediately after receiving the property, made an application to gram Panchayat Puppala Guda, which sanctioned permission for construction G+3 and My plots no: 53,54 and 55, 56 were regularized under LRS Scheme by HMDA having its Zonal office at Shankerpally, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad is proceeding No: 2735/LRS/20-SKP/HMDA/2012, date 26/06/2012 and have collected penal charges of 5,21,122 /- for plots 53,54,55 and 56 and admeasuring 1773 Square Yards.
In the Sanctioned Layout of “ Lalamma Garden “ There is an open plot no:51 which my father has sold to G.Krupa Rao , Mr. Suresh Reporter of Eenadu Telugu Daily Newspaper, R/o Pent House , Balaji Residency, on Plot Nos. 47,48,49,Tulip Gardens, Puppalguda, Rajendernager Mandal,Ranga Reddy District, Pin Code : 500 089. Used that plot as a road all these days, recently my father has sold plot no: 51 to G.Krupa Rao which was connected to his house, He demanded my father not to sell that plot and leave it as a road Or demanded Rs 5 Lakhs to keep his mouth shut, as we have not listen his words beside to the plot no 51 we are constructing the house in Plots Nos. 53,54,55,56 of 1773 square yards.
Mr.P.Suresh (Eanadu Reporter) who is unsuccessful in getting a plot no 51 or Rs 5 lakhs from my father (B.Dasarath) started spitting venom by egging upon gram panchayath Puppala guda and also started carrying uncalled for items in the column of Eanadu daily news paper (saying that I am constructing the house in government land and occupied 1000 Sq.Yrds from government land) which is not true
On 8th august 2012 in Eenadu news paper Mr.P.suresh written that I have grabbed the Government land and saying that panchayat employees are not taking any against me, Again on 09/august/2012 with help of his friend Mr.Raju (Reporter of Namaste Telangana) is carried out the same news and same photograph and printed in Namaste Telangana daily news paper. When we contacted Mr.Raju (Namaste Telangana Reporter) he said that news has been sent by his friend Mr.P.Suresh (Eenadu Reporter) through E-mail, he had published the news with the force of his friend, Later he said sorry to me that have he had wrongly published and he was misguided by his friend Mr.P.Suresh, Then he gave rejoinder in the next daily issue of Namaste Telengana.
I have complained to Eenadu Editor on 11-May-2012 and 08-Aug-2012 through E-mail and I didn’t get any response from the editor. Again personally I met on 10-Aug-2012 given written Complaint copy to Eenadu Desk In charge Hyderabad. But till now no action has been taken against Mr.P.Suresh.
Eenadu Reporter came to know that I have given complaint to concerned Hierarchy and unable to digest the same started egging upon the members of the colony in carrying out campaign who have come up with nearly 50 men in number on 29/august/2012 and tried to stop the construction and challenging that he will come more in numbers next time.
Mr.P.Suresh who is highly influenced and having strong muscle power and every day harassing me by giving wrong complaints to higher official and writing in Eenadu daily Column that I am grabbing the Govt Lands(By seeing the paper cut in Eenadu & Namaste Telengana not even a single customer coming forward to buy a flat from my appartment, I have invested RS 30 lakhs for that building) , Roads and Parks in the Colony by doing my character assassination against me. I humble request you sir, to take necessary action against Mr.P.Suresh.
