Billing Issues

Hi All,

I am Ari madhavan. I use postpaid connection of Vodafone with number: 9742076789.
My July month bill was 1323rs which was on higher side. I raised a request (request numner: 1686659476) with customer care and they told there was an error in billing and they updated the new bill to 1085rs which is 238rs less than the initial bill amount.

I want sue Vodafone for there mistake. What if i did not check and raise a request on billing. I want to know how are they doing the billing and is it verified.
