Billed after disconnection

Hi team,
I am Akhileshwar bharti,got a vodafone number which is 8377877430 which is barred and not in use reason being I have told them that the number is no longer used by me and not available with me and placed a disconnection request on 5th of november.The vodafone retention team contacted same number which was not available with me for the disconnection and it was denied and bill at that point in time was approximately 1200.I have given them clear instructions not to sustain the services until full payment is made on the account.But to my surprise services was retained and my bill reached to 2300 and nothing was done after speaking to many official in vodafone. My call was disconnecredit and false promise was made to me but nothing was done regarding the same.
Now am getting calls from recovery team of vodafone who are rude and mannerless and harrasing me mentally for the bill and threatening me to disconnect my other number which is 8377828772 which is used for official purpose and there has never been any late payment on this account.I have spoken to many people and marked mail regarding the same but nothing has been done.After placing disconnection request on time and providing all the information and was confirmed same by their official named Mr Narender Suri today. Nothing has been done regarding the same.Please look into this matter and help me with it as it is causing alot of inconvenience
