We are from Intellinet Org, myself had raised the 3rd complaint in consumer forum regarding the bill payment not reflecting in our PRI number 080-41952300, but nothing has been moved forward. still we are facing the same issue in bill not get updated.
Summary of the issue.
1) We had migrated our PRI number in Oct 2012.
2) After migration we had paid the bill on regular basis which was handed over to airtel team itself.
3) after 6month of time still we seeing the balance of Rs 16,000/- is getting reflected in our account.
4) informed all the Airtel head with account manager, nothing has been moved. Simply they are giving the wage response that ” it will be done in next billing cycle”
Dear consumer team,
Required ur close intervention to resolve the issue ASAP. If not we are on the way to file a case on Airtel team at the earliest.
