I’m writing this to you as am not satisfied with the service from Airtel customer service
The issue is that I had made a payment of 600 Rs for my mobile account through online debit card of Axis Bank.
It was made on 10 December 2012. The payment went through my bank account but didn’t reflect on the Airtel system.
After continous follow up and requests, I had visited the Airtel Gallery and submitted my Bank statement and was promised twice that this will be resolved and will get a call and confirmation text
After 5 days, I get a text saying my number was not reachable.
I work in night shift and office starts 6 30 onwards. My phone is available all day til that time.
I don’t know where to escalate this issue. I have also raised this to the Nodal Offices team of Airtel but no response from them
I hope to get a reply soon on this
