Dear Sir,

I am used your idea post paid number 9311324614, last week I am deposit my bill @ 420.00 on 18/07/2013, in Idea store of shalimar garden, Ghaziabad (U.P.). but by mistake of idea store, they deposit the amount in other number, I am complain of this problem to your customer care and idea store both and idea store say for wait 1-2 week but my number outgoing calls are stop by you, and l am call to your Sr. Vinay then a lady call pick up and she disconnect my phone with any help.
