Hello Sir,

I registered for the bill pay utility through Standard Chartered credit card auto bill pay.
The bill is registered successfully. The bill is available on their website, but the amount is not debited from the card on or before bill due date resulting the late fees and other charges by the bill company.

When I contacted the standard Chartered bank though customer care, they said that you need to specify ECS detection to the biller merchendize. which is not the case in terms of other credit cards.
