and complaint no 349784469 was launched on 20th feb to convert post paid to pre pay account ,as they are charging for unused
day by day they are extending the date of account conversion and send me an bill again,when spoke to the coustomer care they reply that due date is 28 feb,1st march, 3march, 8th march & now 12th march..
no proper response
please kindly make sure that our account is converted with no bill payment.
