I went to Big Bazar for our monthly grocery on 1.04.2013 at bigbazar commercial complex, shealdah , kolkata , west bengal. The amount was 2168/- the problem started while billing, after all the Item enlisted the machine got hanged. I need to wait for 20 mins and person concerned came and guide to another counter. in the second counter I need to wait another 15 mins and at last after losts of frustration I was coming out after informing the customer care manager and getting lots of sorry faces and lots of advices. however after 20 mins the billing has been done and I went home. While coming home and checking with the list and articles purchased , we surprised in horror that 1 item which was not bought by us has given to us and prices has also been added.
this is a frustrated customer survice from bigbazar shealdah section, kolkata west bengal.
I need the compensation and apology from them due to such harrasment.
