I am writing this complaint to bring into attention of Bharat Gas authorities, a serious issue in our local area Kalanwali (Dist. Sirsa). The refills are NEVER BEING DELIVERED ON TIME, and customers are being harassed by local distributor by MISBEHAVING, providing Poorest Customer Service and Not Picking Up the phone calls.
I have raised this issue many times in the past by calling their customer service no. and writing on their portal www.ebharatgas.com/

I have also called their Head Office and Regional Office, but the service was resumed only temporarily as a result.
I don’t find it appropriate to call their Head Office or Regional Office and bother them for each and every refill, and also waste my valuable time in following up on the same issue again and again.
This time I had booked a refill on 28/Aug/2014 (Booking No. is 234560380). Even after waiting for 13 days I have not received my refill yet, while local distributor is supposed to deliver the refill on 2nd day of booking. I have called local agency guys many times during these days, they neither pick up the phone nor is there any response from their side.
Being A loyal customer of Bharat Gas Ltd. for years I am writing this complaint on behalf of other people too of local area, who are being annoyed because of similar reasons and image of Bharat Gas being spoiled by local distributor by misbehaving with customers.
I expect a strict and permanent action to be taken soon by higher authorities of Bharat Gas to resolve this issue, and also to make sure that the same kind of problems do not occur in the future.
