No benefit

Dear sir,
My Reliance cell number is 8287820771. I am using this number from past so many months and it doest create any problem at that time. Bt today on 25/06/2014 i recharged my number with 156rs for net 3g which i used in dougle as i always use to do and i always got benefit even i done 25rs i got the benefit every time. Bt this time i didnt get any benefit of Rs 156 and when i call to customer care they given irresponsible answer that ur balance down to zero because you used in dougle. Sir if i getting benefit every time then what happen this time? I talked to Mr amit and i am unsatisfied with his answer, there was no any helping tone. For service we are paying if we not getting service then why should we need to pay.
