Hi Team,
My Vodafone Mobile Number is 9930281215.
I am absolutely tired of all the trouble and pain involved in my conversations with Vodafone for the incorrect charges on my bill.
MY TROUBLESOME HISTORY:
I spoke to a lady from the Retentions Team on the 15th of July who informed me that my new plan for Rs. 399 and an sms pack for Rs. 101 (which gives me 1000 messages a month) will be activated shortly.
My 399 plan was activated within 2 days post that i.e. 17th July however the same pack was not.
I have called up Vodafone customer care numerous times for help since then but no one has helped at all.
NOTE:
Total incorrect charges till date: Rs. 1724.90
Amount I should be paying: Rs. 505
I have always been PROMISED a waiver since then but all I have got is Rs. 115 till date.
If you wish I can send you the recorded audio file that contains a gist of my nonsensical and repetitive explanation given conversation with Vodafone Customer Care.
People that I spoke to from customer care who did not show any interest to help at all:
1. Ahmed from customer care: Said he will transfer the call to some department but placed me on hold for 45 minutes and then I had to disconnect the call.
2. Vijay from customer care: Did not bother to listen to what I had to say, Made me repeat everything and also sarcastically meant I was a liar. He later transferred me to Prathamesh from Retentions
3. Prathamesh from Retentions: Sounded genuine and helpful and informed me that he will not be able to offer me an entire waiver and can only waive off Rs. 500 or I should wait for a call back from a team who can waive off all the charges as these charges are past dated.
4. Vipin Shukla – Team Leader from Retentions: Spoke very rudely and sounded very sarcastic throughout the call, Was not realistic at all, Kept saying “Sorry” and “Not Possible” throughout the call.
5. Mayur Chowdhary – Team Leader from Retentions: Kept repeating the same like Vipin and was even more rude than Vipin and then at the end just stated that he will only offer me a waiver of Rs. 500 and then Mayur hung up from the call.
NOTE: I am totally unhappy with all of this and am absolutely sure that I will port out very soon if not helped with the same as I am sure that another service provider will be absolutely happy to accept a payment of Rs. 1000 every month from me and NOT VODAFONE.
