sir, i ordered one slr camera and i got on correct time( 10/02/2014). but when i open battery is missing from the courier. I claimed in ebay garuentiee.I got the result on 21/02/2014 that they will refund the battery amount of rs 1000/- with in 7 days. my claim ID is 409450
but till now i didnt get any response from ebay customer service. i called lot of times but i didn’t got any good response.
