BANK DEBITED MY SB SALARY A/C

I have a salary a/c in Axis Bank, Asansol Br.. My account no. is S/B 150010100052164, & account level is 150(Rainbow). On dated 2nd April I became surprised to see that the bak has debited my a/c by Rs. 441.20(Rupees: Four hundred forty one & paise twenty only). on dated 30th Mar’09. After discussion with bank , i have come to know that the same charges had been deducted due to excess transaction in my a/c.
But i have not received any type of instruction or any documents from bank previously regarding this new policy.
I have given a complaint mail on dated 3rd April to Local Executive of Asansol Br.He assured me to solve the problem with in seven days.But till toady i have not recd. my debited amt. in my a/c.Today i have also communicated with Mrs. Kakoli Mazumdar(Senior Vice President Compliance-Zonal Head Eastern Zonal Office), regarding same, but i am not satisfied ,with the reason provided by her.
