balance thief

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: khairabad&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: uninor</p>i have recharged with rs. 25 and i get 25rs. and i have started to get calls from company about some vas service named as miss riya.. .i cut the call each time but still they activated the service and charged rs20 for it…when i contacted customer care he told that it was activated by technical fauly…plz deactivate the service by calling 777 andd your balance will be back in 48 hours….and when the balance did not come back after 48hours then i recall the cc but now he says that there will be no giving back of the money
