Balance is deducted from my account again and again

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecommunications

My name is Pankaj Singh and I use a number 8882590757 of Reliance.
My balance of Rs. 110 has been deducted in last 5 days.
I registered a complaint with complaint number 208628996 for Rs. 84 deduction and it was told to me that my balance will be refunded in 3 working days.
Then, again I complaint for the same and got complaint number 208628996 and this time they said that we are forwarding your request for Rs. 41 only. This complaint has been processed and I haven’t got a single rupee refunded.
Again, more than Rs. 25 were deducted from my account tonight(11-Sep-13).
When I call on 198, they say that system update is going on and call us after some hour.
Even at calls they waste hours of time.
Please help me for the same.
