I am fed up and tired of balance deduction wrongfully. I am using AIRCEL connection and its unbelievable that every single time i’ve balance in my main account, it shall be reduced automatically. After that, calling customer care is another punishment. It will put the blame on the customer. Yesterday Rs.15 got depleted from my no. 8013633701. I want an end to this serious violation of consumer rights.
