<p><b>Location/place</b>: srinagar </p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: all mobile companies cheating </p>Every now and then we see on these sites balance deducted and amount charged. If a balance of Rs 100 is deductucted of any service for a month and if it is deactivated in two hours. How are all companies charging whole 100 rupees. What is the government doing in this matter. In all these complaints customers say i didn’t activate the service .
