They re-activate the schemes and when complaint about it, they say the have noted down the complaint. They will never give you refund. When u call them back for follow up, there is no such complaint, because they have never taken the complaint.
the issue was, they i activated a scheme of Rs. 24 Pocket Internet on 19th July 2013, on 20th July 2013 again the same scheme of Rs. 24 got activated.
I have registered a complaint on 21st July 2013 with reference no 1-13326651717 for a refund,they reverted me on 24th July 2013 saying that the concern have been resolved, but i have till date not got any refund from the company. This has happened for 3 times.
