Good Morning Sir
I am Abhishek A. Gupta using IDEA prepaid number for the last 7 years. Yesterday evening (July 06,2012)I received an sms- ” Dear Customer, thank you for downloading CONTENT PACKAGE from Nazara. You have been charged Rs.75″. Sir ! I had the mobile with me for the whole day, I know I havent downloaded anything like that. When I called Customer Care Executive on July 07, 2012, he didnt helped me and was a bit rude from the very beginning of the call. I asked him to transfer my call to his senior to which he said me to hold the line and disconnected the call within seconds.
Sir ! This is really very much annoying that rather I have been credited the amount deducted, the person sitting there whose job is to help us was rude.
My money was deducted, it was to be me who should be rude.
IDEA cellular is not doing good and now I will share my this BAD EXPERIENCE with everyone on many social websites.
Sir ! Please look into the matter and do the needful.
