Hi,
I have purchased new Aircel connection(8686234042) before one week. I have recharged with 135 rupees on 5th July 2013. I got 150 Promo balance and 150 2G DATA as per Aircel tarif. Previously i have 3G DATA nearly 25MB. After reacharging 135/- am using 3G data which i have,but my promo balnce 150 got debited from my account unnecessarly. They have not intimated your 3G quota finished either sms or call. still i have 150MB 2G data.
how they will dedect my amount ?
still i have 150MB 2G data, even through they debited 150 rupees.
kindly please help me regarding this it is a total of 150/- rupess.
