I’ve recharged my phone with Rs. 330 on Tuesday 25th of June at 11:40PM. That time it was suppose to get Rs.98 deducted from that balance as my auto-renewal pack was getting expire within 3days. Saturday my balance was Rs.7 and I was confused that why my balance got deducted. Airtel didn’t renewed my pack and started deducting money from my balance. Problem starts here, I have called airtel costomer care when my balance is Rs. 7 and my call got disconnected that time by a message of low balance and my balance came upto Rs.0.51 with further usage. Airtel customer care is not able to solve my problem. They are continuously disconnecting my call. An executive asked me to hold the call while he wanted to transfer the call to senior executive but he disconnected my call or something wrong happnd again. Sunday june 30 2013,Around 3 O’ Clock a lady executive from airtel ensured me that she will credit a sum of Rs. 300 to my airtel account immediately but no payment was made by Airtel. I am really disappointed by a network which I have carried for 4 years. I wrote my problem on their Facebook page as well as their website complaint link. But nothing happened. So I have applied for number Portability. Then again on monday july 1 2013 one of Airtel’s Senior executive called me and ensured to solve my problem latest by 1:20 Noon but nothing happened yet. It is my hard earned money I want it back. Please help
