i have vodafone (7507235173) and reliance (9325240072)
problem with both are is deducting balance without any service is activated
i got balance deducted 399 for blackberry messenger in vodafone but i am using sumsung mobile
and for reliance i have been charging 100 for nothing.and it for evrytime .this is been from long time
i would be thankful to you if you look out the problem

i had a talk to costumer care and even senior manger( ganesh parekh and some ramdhip )
Ramdhip said me that money will be refund till 6pm today but i didnt received and then again i had a talk to him he said me that it will be refund till 8pm but still i didnt refund then again he said till 12 but i didnt get money back
after that i had talk to senior (ganesh parekh) he had a argue with me and even he said me that it will be refund till 12 noon. is this a costumer care do? just give as time and again do same thing.Ganesh had a rough talk and i need my balance back and my number is been bared .i have called more than 50 times to costumer care and i need my whole money back 346 rps + all call which i had with costumer care and i need a apologize from your both senior call center .
