Balance deducted without any reason and not refunded

My prepaid mobile number 8590075538 has main account balance of 33Rs on 5th december 2014. Due to network issues (which is common here for reliance) i switched off the number for 2-3 days. I had nearly 60mb data left on my account till 7th of dec. When I switched on the same yesterday i found my account had 0rs in main balance. I tried to call customer care on 8/12/14 @8pm but they said they couldn’t know the reason as the servers where down and asked me to call after an hour. When i tried to call after an hour, the same network issue occurred again and i couldn’t make the call. When I tried to call again today(9/12/14), the customer care representative told me that he can’t look into the matter as the balance was deducted before 3 days. I tried to tell him the reason but he was not ready to listen to them. He told no refund would be made. Please look into the matter. I don’t know why the deducted the balance and i had no VAS activated on my phone plus I had a working gprs plan activated on my phone. It has become a frequent deal for telecom companies to deduct the balance without any reason and not refunding them when demanded. A proper action should be taken. Thank u
