Balance deducted 105 Rs. by reliance GSM network

Hi,
I am Chandrakant Tiwari. My mobile number is 9007133716. I am using reliance GSM service for more than 10years. But on 22-05-2013, reliance deducted more than Rs105 . How can it happen. I called customer care several times but they are neither ready to refund the deducted amount nor ready to write a complain. Is this the kind of reward,reliance gives to its valuable customers. Even most of my friends use reliance service and it happens with them frequently.
I really want to escalate this matter to higher autority of Rcom to take proper action and do proper justice. If i dont get my deducted amount refuded,
