Bad Services Provided by spice servcie centre, 1 Month 23 days Waiting for Warrante Handset .But Still they are increasing dates……New mobile — facing Problem after 2 Months, But company has not Provide me mobile yet……

hi sir,
i have purchase a spice mobile on 1 Jan 2013, i got problem in auto recording and camera hang problem, i have submitted my mobile on spice service centre, dated 1st march 2013, But till yet i have not got my mobile.
when i go to that service centre, they tell me that come after 15 days, your new handset is coming, after after 15 days, they again say come after 2 days, i have wait 1 months and 23 days.they says u will be getting an other higher model insted of this handset. but i am still waiting.
