Bad mobile handset given

I went to Mobile Time Shop which is located at shop No-4 Next Gardens, Next to Reliance Communication Daisy Building. Viman Nagar, Pune-411014 contact no- 9823804054 on Friday evening at around 8 pm.

I told the shopkeeper that I need a handset for my driver as he drives my car in UBER. So I need one handset only for using the GPS service and hence give me a good handset. I told him 3-4 times that GPS should work properly on that set. I thought if the shopkeeper is running mobile shop he must be having a good knowledge about different Mobile phone’s features. He recommended me LAVA ATOM 2X handset. On his suggestion I bought that set for Rs 4800. On Saturday morning when I tried using UBER application on the handset it did not worked. I could use that mobile phone. On Sunday morning I called the shopkeeper and told him that the the GPS service is not working correctly on the UBER application on this handset and requested him to replace the handset with another model. But when I went to his shop initially he accepted his fault but later he started arguing and using bad languages and said I would be charged a penalty of 20% for which I did not agreed and came back. I did not understood why should I pay penalty when there was no fault from my side.

Request you to please look into this matter and give me justice.
