I use a vodafone number. I activated my blackberry plan on 31st may. According to the plan its valid for 30days. Vodafone people deactivated my blackberry services on 26th june without giving any reason. I have called the customer care again and again, evrytime they give new excuses, sometimes they say “there is no such rs399 plan” other times they say “its only for 24 days or 26days”. when i asked to speak to senior manager they put me on hold for half an hour and still nobody answered the call. later they said they will resolve the issue in 24hrs but that dint happen either and now they say that they cant do anything about it.This is cheating, deactivating my plan without any reason, then not answering calls properly, not replying properly. It has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and this is equal to stealing customers money.
