Bad Coustomer service

Location/place: Sarojini nagar, new delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance broadband services

Reliance broadband customer services is pathetic… They don’t care for their customers…i enlist a request for a new Internet connection in my area (sarojini nagar in south delhi).. Their representative came to my house and collected money rs. 1800 in cash.. And promise me they he will provide a new connection within 3-7 day…. Its has been over 2 weeks there is no feedback from reliance.. After this when i call their customer care number they put my call on hold..after tryin several days miracle happen they pick my call and when i asked for my connection status they replied sorry we were unable to provide Internet connection at ur area.. Now i am still calling for my refund of rs. 1800….. Bloody crooks they are third class service………….. Be aware
