Autodeduction of money from main balance

Location/place: Udhampur, J & K

Name of company/service: Reliance

This is regarding autodeduction of rupees 30 from main balance, from April 2013 every month rupees 30 is deducting from my main balance, when I contacted representative he add rupees 30 in main balance for latest deduction[7, aug 2013] , but previous deduction remain same, I want my money back please, where I did not subscribe for any scheme, my mobile no is 9018503141, pls take necessary actions, Reliance
