Auto Activation of service

Hi I am Saral,
I Have been using tata docomo since beginning. Recently from last few months I am facing a serious problem regarding autoactivation of services and deduction in my balance. It has happened 5 times till now. Today I got message that your Buddy Chat service is activated for 29 days and Rs29 were deducted from my balance. I didn’t activate any service. You guys should stop this lame way of cheating your loyal customers. Please I want my balance back as well as no future problems like this. This is last chance or I have to switch to other cellphone carrier. you will lose a lot of customers like this. So please stop this cheating business!!!
