1August to 15August 1000/- bill

Hello, this is imran, my mobile no is (8000103256) I come here for complain, I had paid last Month Bill July 860/- I went to delhi on 15 of july 2012 till 31 july 2012 were there was no network coverage of your company TATA DOCOMO.were my network was shared by AIRCEL and for just 15 days you charged me 1567/-. for total monthly rental, usage charge, value added service for 15days, I had already paid 860/- which was the bill of july 2012 and my usage was more than 1300/- and I got a call from your customer care that saying that if I wont pay the bill then they will disconnect my connection and I hardly requested you to wait till I get back to daman and as I reach I will pay all you bills. Even there was no network coverage in delhi and even no you office so I can go and pay your bill. my bill came about 1565 rs/- for 15 days and my connection was disconnected on 31 july 2012 at about 12.am. I was traveling in train if you could have waited for at-least half a day I would have paid you whole bill. as I reached daman I paid your bill around 1500 rs/- you even did not send me the bill then also I paid because I wanted to start my connection.(I paid bill till 31 July about 1500 rs/- then how could you charge me 1006 rs/- for just 1/08/2012 to 15/08/2012. only for just 15day)this is not acceptable for me. I paid 1500 without even asking or no bill so what you think I am a fool or what. I don’t use my phone very much so if my bill comes about 300 or 400 rs/- its good or I have to change my network and you even told that my roaming is free but even then you charged me this is total unfair.

please kindly, take seriously action on it. and give me feedback. i’m waiting for you positive response
