BSNL is haunting me
I have been using the telephone land line no 03228-266822 till 2009 March before BSNL disconnected it citing bill payment issues. The last bill I have received in March 2009 mentions that net payable amount is Zero (0). But since then I have received two letters, one from a lawyer appointed by BSNL in 2012…
