Vodafone Deduction of RS.49 for shot format service
I am a Vodafone Customer in HYDERABAD using 2G data plan. Vodafone has charged me Rs 49/- for downloading dnld_shotformats_99valuepack_49-shotformat for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination.
