Sbi had blocked my ATM recently stating that this was done due to security reasons. I ha 2 factor authentication pass + otp for transaction and had changed my atm pin a month ago. Now I’m in grave problem. I’m travelling n can’t take cash out. Also the Snapdeal sbicard offer is ending soon. Card blockage has been a huge loss to me without SBI providing me an acceptable reason. I talked to their customer service and they can’t help. I was happy with your services but this made me reconsider you.
My card ends with 1412 DDA building branch. Please unblock the card asap
