ASUS MotherBoard / Graphics card 0x000000EA ati2dvag not solving

I am having a problem since end of 2010
related BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death)

My PC Configuration is as follows:
CPU -> AMD Phenom X4 9950 Black Ed. (140W)
Motherborad -> ASUS M3A78-EM
Graphic Card -> ASUS EAH3450
Memory -> 2x2GB ZION DDR2 1066
Hard Disk -> Seagate ST3500620AS

during usage suddenly PC Freezes and then BSOD Arrives and error shows as follows

Problem seems to be caused by the following file: ATI2DVAG
The device driver get stuck in an infinite loop. Thus usually indicates problem with the device itself or with device driver programming the hardware incorrectly
Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver updates

and biggest thing is that recent is march 2011 and this problem is since end of 2010 means a quarter year passed but still my problem is not solved out

i send my motherboard 2 times at rashi service center(RPTech)-ahmedabad

but still same problem
