asus mother board price refund and processor price refund

My computer motherboard and Intel i3 processor 1st genaration 1.8 years old….they have warranty ….motherboard 4 years . ..processor 3 years . …motherboard disturbed 2 time . ..first time send to service and second time send to service but service center and computer distributer say to me they refund my motherboard price . ..but my processor does not sopport 2nd and 3rd genaration…what should I do ????? Pls help me
