Asking for Money while giving the desired informatioin

I am using reliance from the past 6 years despite being suffereing and getting tourtured by the worst ever service provided by this network.

Particularly speaking of its services, My call will be put on hold and later disconnected often if I am calling for typing the details of the needed information ( in the preferred language of English as people don’t know ‘Hindi’ here). This is the worst vernacular bout experienced anywhere.

Later on, I asked for the service of providing me the details of the usage of my calls made in earlier than 3 days: I got the response of the sercvice being charged.

Would official authorities of Reliance confirm me of the service they are providing to the customer being charged?
