9 months and still no refund by goibibo

I Parth J. Adiyal , would like to launch a compliant against goibibo.com for not issuing my refund for tickets cancelled for flight dated14th feb 2014. I have gone back and forth with goibibo and also confirmed with the airlines that they have already issued clearance for my payment but the agent which is goibibo says it’s not been cleared and have mislead me over and over again sending me mails to be patient as it takes 45-90 days as the tickets have been cancelled for one way . I decided to stay put and wait for the time as suggested by goibibo . I talked with them many times on the phone and also did wt they told me to I personally went to the airport to talk with jet airways and they told me that everything is fine from our side just the agent has to issue a refund to you . Now is been 8 months and they still havent issued any refund . My Pnr is FGDKPS booking was done with jet airways and ticket cancelled was for the return journey part from porbandar to mumbai for my father and mother booked under the name of Mr. Jamnadas D. Adiyal and Mrs. Nalini J. Adiyal respectively . I have been really patient and as I feel I’m being taken advantage of for my patience I’ve decided to file this complaint and I hope I get wt is worth for my wasted tym and energy going around and around them for my refund
