I ordered a book online to ARIHANT publishing house. 20 days are over yet I did not received the book.I called them back them but they are providing lame excuse like we already shipped the book and it was delivered.I asked them to give the address and contact no of the person who have delivered the book so that I can at least catch him. But they are not proving that info also. This is really a harassment to consumers after taking the money online.I don’t know like me how many people are suffering.
