My Aqua guard Platinum UV Water Purifier became non-operational on 05 Jun 14 as no water was not coming. I promptly called the helpline and registered a complaint. The complaint was answered on the same date and Service Engineer visited my house to rectify the problem. He said that the switch which allows water to enter the purifier machine has gone defective and requires replacement. The component is NA with him and he will come tomorrow. The next day when i called him (Mr Muthu – Ph no, 8977439115) he said the component is not available in Vizag and will take 5 days ( in today world wherein you can travel the entire world in shorter time than this) but i believed him. No call or visit was made after 5 days, so i called the customer care on 10 Jun 14, Mr. Mujeeb answered and assured me that all assistance will be provided and the problem will be solved by 11 Jun 14 and registers complaint no. 0076715029.
Again, no one came. Now when i call up helpline, Mr.Nikki gives me same assurance for tomorrow, on request to connect up sum1 higher up, i am put on hold for 10 minutes.
My complaint was finally taken by the customer care on 11 Jun 14 and my complaint re-registered. i was also asked to contact Area service manager who also said that it will take time.
And did i mention that I have a comprehensive AMC till Dec 2015. .Waiting for sum1 to solve the problem.
